Refund/Return policy:
Items that are faulty or damaged or not as advertised upon arrival can be returned and we will send another one after we receive the damaged/faulty/wrongly described item/items, or refunded if none is in stock, or by customer request. Please know that if you caused the damage to the item or if you have used the item a refund or return is not possible.
Refunds/Returns must be reported within 3 days of receiving the item/items
and the customer pays for the shipping fee of the refunded/returned, item/items. If 3 days pass after you receive item/items they will be considered used and there will be no refunds or replacements. There are no exceptions.
